This policy explains how Lutra Soft (“we”), the operator of Membera, handles personal data on the website www.membera.co. Membera itself is in development; a separate policy covering the product will be published before launch.

What we collect

• Emails you send us. If you contact us or request early access by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting and network providers record standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and has no forms that collect data.

How we use it

We use your email only to reply to you and, if you asked for early access, to contact you about Membera. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Service providers

The website is delivered through Cloudflare (network and security) and hosted on our own server. Email sent to membera.co addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. These providers process data only to deliver their services.

Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request or our relationship with you, and delete it on request. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, under applicable laws including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR where it applies. Write to [email protected].
